Growth Starts With Strong Foundations

Ages5–9
Session45–60 minutes
FormatOne skill per session

The Foundations Mentoring Program is a structured, one-on-one mentoring experience designed for younger children. Through engaging, age-appropriate sessions, young mentees develop the emotional awareness, social habits, and daily routines that set them up for success in school, at home, and in life.

Each session is built around one skill at a time, delivered through hands-on activities, movement, and guided conversation. Rather than lecturing, mentors lead by doing — using games, role-play, and real-life scenarios to make learning feel natural and meaningful.
