Jeremy Bland is the founder of J.B. Mentoring Solutions LLC, bringing years of experience in youth development & mentorship as a former Club Director with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fauquier. He’s passionate about helping youth grow academically, emotionally, and socially through one-on-one mentorship. A proud father of two, Jeremy also assists with his daughter’s 10U girls soccer team through Northern Piedmont Sports Club. His mission is rooted in community, purpose, and a deep belief that every child deserves the chance to thrive.
Mentorship is more than guidance. Our mentors build real relationships with students, helping them set goals, stay accountable, and grow in confidence week over week.
