Meet the CEO

Jeremy Bland is the founder of J.B. Mentoring Solutions LLC, bringing years of experience in youth development & mentorship as a former Club Director with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fauquier. He’s passionate about helping youth grow academically, emotionally, and socially through one-on-one mentorship. A proud father of two, Jeremy also assistant coaches his daughter’s 10U girls soccer team through Northern Piedmont Sports Club. His mission is rooted in community, purpose, and a deep belief that every child deserves the chance to thrive. Founded by Jeremy Bland, a dedicated youth development professional and father of two, JBMS grew from a passion for mentorship built during his years as a Club Director with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fauquier.
